Design: The XELUX® smartglass S3 and I3 safety glasses are designed for comfort and safety. They use a sporty design and at 42 grams they are lightweight.
Cover lens: A cover lens protects both the user and the optics from particles. Additionally it protects the eyes from UV light. The cover lens is exchangeable.

XELUX® smartglass S3 STUD
Application: The XELUX® smartglass S3 STUD is developed for stud welding and spot welding as well as for montoring stud welding and spot welding systems.
Function: The XELUX® smartglass S3 STUD detects glare in the near infra red range and uses the auto darkening realcolor optics to switch from a light state shade level of 3 to a dark state shade level of 8.
Certified: The XELUX® smartglass S3 STUD is CE certiefied according EN 166, EN170, EN172, EN379 and ISO cerftified according ISO 12609-1.
XELUX® smartglass I3 LED
Application: The XELUX® smartglass I3 LED is developed for working with or in the presence of LED light sources in the visible light range.
Function: Special light sensors reliably detect LED light that exceeds the glare threshold. The auto darkening realcolor optics switch from a light state at shade level 3 to the dark state.
Adaptive dark state: The XELUX® smartglass I3 LED automatically sets the dark state to a shade level in the range of 3 to 8 depending on glare intensity.
Certified: The XELUX® smartglass I3 LED is CE certiefied according to EN 166, EN170, EN172, EN379 and ANSI/ISEA certified according to Z87.1.
