Customizable dimensions and free mask choice: The manufacturing process allows for a variety of filter dimensions. Besides the standard 110 mm x 90 mm, different dimensions are possible. The XELUX® welding filters can be customised to all common welding filter formats and unique uncommon dimensions are possible as well. You do not have to use our own XELUX® enduro welding helmet. Our welding filters can be purchased separately.

XELUX® X200 and X600
The XELUX® X200/X600 welding filters are the automatically controlled and self-reliant variant of the X-Series welding filters. They feature:
Automatic shade level, sensitivity and delay: The integrated electronics of the XELUX® X200/X600 welding filter automatically adjust shade level, sensitivity and delay based on the light source.
Self-reliant: The XELUX® X200/X600 welding filters are powered by their integrated photovoltaic cell. They do not rely on battery power and work at normal light conditions.
Dust- and waterproof: Needing no dials, buttons or connectors allows us to fully enclose the XELUX® X200/X600 welding filters. The filters meet and exceed the IP68 requirements.
Ideal for subsea welding: Being automatically controlled, self-reliant and waterproof makes the XELUX® X200/X600 welding filters the ideal protection for subsea welding.
CE and ANSI certified: All of our products are CE certified. The XELUX® X200 and X600, in addition, are also ANSI certified.
XELUX® G1 GAS
The XELUX® G1 GAS is the welding filter made for gas and plasma welding. Whenever glare is detected, it switches to its dark state at shade level 6.
Bright light state: The light state at shade level 2.5 ensures clear visibility.
HotSpot detection: The XELUX® G1 GAS uses our HotSpot detection mechanism. It reacts to increased luminance instead of illuminance. This makes the welding filter work in a large variety of lighting conditions and enables switching to the dark state only when looking at the glare directly.
Fully enclosed: Having no dials, buttons or connectors, the XELUX® G1 GAS welding filter is fully enclosed and therefore dust- and waterproof.
